Cinco Lakes

Located on the banks of the Medina River, Cinco Lakes is a 247-acre residential development that will provide over 600 entry-level homes to the ever-expanding southwest side of San Antonio, Texas. The project is a joint development effort with a leading public home-builder that will ultimately be a 500-acre master-planned development with over 1,200 homes.

Engagement Type

Equity joint venture partnership with Heartwood Development Company. Johnson Development Services helped to source the debt and equity funds for this project as well as provide turn-key financial reporting, accounting, tax preparation and draw management for the venture. Heartwood Development Company provides onsite development management for the project.
