Johnson Land Ventures

Johnson Development Services, a division of Johnson Development Corp., now has a new name — Johnson Land Ventures. The name change comes as the company has deepened its land venture management services adding in more mixed-use and urban development, such as Park Eight Place at Bellaire Boulevard and the Sam Houston Parkway that was announced last year.

Johnson Land Ventures will continue with its residential development, including new communities that will be announced during 2025.
