Lists of the 50 top-selling master-planned communities in the nation came out this month and — no surprise —Cross Creek Ranch is on them again.

We remained stable at No. 49 on the annual John Burns Research & Consulting and RCLCO Real Estate Consulting lists. Rankings reflect net sales for the previous year. Our builders sold 379 homes, up 2 percent from last year.
