Texas A&M knows a thing or two about tackling challenges, and nothing captures that better than a weekend full of bull riding, barrel racing and team roping. That’s right cowpokes, the Texas A&M Rodeo is back for two days of excitement, Feb. 28 to March 1. Kresston is a proud sponsor of the event because there’s nothing we love more than a good rodeo and giving back to the community! So, round up your posse and check out the details. The action bursts out of the gate at 7 p.m. sharp each evening at the Brazos County Expo Center, 5827 Leonard Road in Bryan. General admission is $10, giving you full access to all the edge-of-your-seat action. Students with a valid ID can snag tickets for $7. Now, if you happen to mosey on over to Cavender’s, you can rope in tickets for $8. Kiddos aged 5 and under get in absolutely free. Every event at the rodeo offers its own flavor of excitement, from the heart-pounding intensity of bull riding to the rapid-fire agility of barrel racing and the synchronized artistry of team roping. You’ll also have the opportunity to see the Texas A&M Rodeo Team in action. These cowboys and cowgirls have been working their tails off, spending countless hours in the saddle, perfecting every move, and honing their skills. They embody the spirit of the Wild West and Aggie grit, bringing their best to each event. Don’t miss your chance to cheer on the Aggies as they represent their school with skill and determination at this must-see celebration of rodeo spirit!
