Trendmaker Homes is now building select plans of their Living View Series in Cross Creek Ranch!  Jim Peterson, Community Sales Manager has added the Living View Series to his 80' foot homesite plan line up.  Trendmaker Homes' Living View Series offers a unique design concept developed by Trendmaker's President, Will Holder. 

These plans were designed to give buyers the expansive home and beautiful curb appeal similar to Trendmaker's auto-court series but for less.  With all the views of your home being to the front and the back of your home these plans offer more privacy eliminating the windows that you typically have on the sides of your home only to see your neighbors' brick wall.
