Riverstone - Meritage Homes Opens New Riverstone Model

Riverstone has welcomed another new model, a luxurious two-story design by Meritage Homes.

Meritage opened its Crimson design Aug. 21 in Auburn Manor, an enclave of homes located off the new LJ Parkway near Lake Riverstone. Meritage features nine designs in Auburn Manor, including several single-story homes. The Crimson, at 4627 Auburn Brook Lane, has a wealth of options to suit various buyer needs, including a choice of a second master suite for multi-generational families. Prices start in the $270,000s and homes have a Sugar Land address.

Realtors can learn more about Meritage’s offerings in Auburn Manor at a VIP model preview 5-7 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 13. The public is invited to tour the model and learn about grand opening incentives Saturday, Sept. 15. Plus, make sure to visit the Meritage Homes’ Facebook page for a chance to enter the builder’s “Like, Share, Win” sweepstakes.
