Harmony - Harmony to Create Two Gated Neighborhoods in its North Houston Community

The Spring, TX community of Harmony has announced two of its sections – Harmony Creek and Harmony Forest – will become private, gated neighborhoods to create a more exclusive setting within the north Houston community.

Harmony is the newest master-planned community by The Johnson Development Corp., a Houston-based, award-winning residential development company.  The community is located in north Houston adjacent to the Spring Creek Greenway near the intersection of Rayford Road and Riley Fuzzell Road, just two miles east of the Hardy Toll Road.

Homes in the gated neighborhoods of Harmony Creek, Harmony Forest and the remainder of 1,000-acre community are priced from the $150s to the $400s from Highland Homes, Westin Homes, First Texas Homes and Castlerock. Perry Homes and Darling Homes are expected to open models in Harmony this summer.

Also this summer, Harmony will open a new aquatics complex with a resort-style pool, splash pad with pop fountains, covered pavilion and playground.
