Riverstone - Sugar Land Skeeters Swing into Baseball Playoffs

Baseball playoffs are coming to Sugar Land, with first half Freedom Division Champion Sugar Land Skeeters hosting the first two games in the best-of-five divisional series at Constellation Field Sept. 17 and 18.

This is the first time the Skeeters have advanced into the playoffs, earning a berth after setting a new Atlantic League record for wins in a first half with a 47-23 tally. If the Skeeters win the division championship, the team will then host games three, four and five (if necessary) in the Atlantic League Championship Series Sept. 27-29.

Fans are encouraged to wear Skeeter blue at each playoff game. Tickets are on sale now and are $10 plus tax for individual lawn seats and $15 plus tax for field box seats. Purchase tickets online here.
