Cross Creek Ranch - Fulshear developer's communities receive top ratings

Four Houston-area communities being developed by Johnson Development Corp. were ranked in the nation's top-20 bestselling master-planned communities for 2013 in a report by John Burns Real Estate Consulting.

According to a release from the corporation, "Johnson Development's three master-planned communities in Fort Bend County, Riverstone (No. 6), Cross Creek Ranch (No. 13) and Sienna Plantation (No. 17) joined the Montgomery County master-planned community of Woodforest (No. 16) among the ranks of the nation's top-20 new home sales in 2013."

"Our communities appeal to families looking for new homes from top-quality builders near their workplace with well-planned amenities and great schools," said Doug Goff, chief operating officer of Johnson Development, in the release.
