Riverstone - Riverstone to Add 900 Homesites During Next 6 Months

Home buyers will have even more opportunities to buy a home in Riverstone, with the development’s release of more than 900 homesites in the community during the next six months.

The neighborhood with the most new homesites will be Avalon at Riverstone, where nearly 300 properties will be introduced this year. Also, Riverstone is releasing more than 100 homesites for a new neighborhood, Ivory Ridge.

Among the new neighborhoods being introduced this year are two custom sections, Majestic Pointe and The Island. Majestic Pointe will encompass 27 homesites, with the section being delivered later this year. The Island is an enclave of nine homesites, each more than 1 acre.

“These are premium $1 million-plus homesites surrounded by Lake Riverstone,” Reichert said. “Word of the neighborhood has spread, and we already have a waiting list of people interested in buying a property when we open The Island later this year.”

Several other neighborhoods will be introduced this year, along with new sections in existing neighborhoods.

“Our Sugar Land address and proximity to both U.S. 59 and the Fort Bend Parkway resonate with buyers,” Reichert said. “The array of properties we are introducing this year should address broad buyer demand.”
