Riverstone - Riverstone Builders Land on National List

Builder magazine’s newest tally of the nation’s best-performing home builders is familiar to Riverstone residents, with nine of the community’s builders represented. Six of the builders rank in the top 25.

Making the list — which the magazine says “belies the work, the cleverness and creativity, the skills, the boldness, and the sheer force of will and resilience among the teams of people behind the titles of the companies in our survey universe” are:

• Taylor Morrison (which also owns Darling Homes), ranked No. 8 on 2013 closings
• Meritage Homes, No. 9
• Toll Brothers, No. 13
• Ashton Woods, No. 20
• Highland Homes, No. 21
• Perry Homes, No. 22
• McGuyer Homebuilders, Inc., (parent company of Coventry Homes), No. 26
• Westin Homes, No. 65
• Newmark Homes, No. 95
