Harmony - Builder 100

Four of Harmony’s home builders landed spots on the prestigious “Builder 100,” Builder Magazine’s annual survey of the top builders in a America according to their total number of closings in 2013.

Village Builders’ parent company Lennar ranked second in the survey, up one spot with 18,290 closings in 2013.  Taylor Morrison jumped six spots to #8 with 5,829 total closings while Highland Homes and Perry Homes retained their spots at #21 and #22 respectively.  Highland Homes finished 2013 with 1,915 closings while Perry Homes completed the year with 1,693.
