Harmony - All-New Allegro At Harmony to Feature New Homes From Taylor Morrison

Taylor Morrison, widely recognized as one of the top homebuilders in the United States, will add approximately 500 new homes in Harmony for a new neighborhood to be known as Allegro at Harmony.

This fabulous new neighborhood also will feature Harmony’s second resort-style pool and covered pavilion along with a recreation center with workout and meeting rooms.  Some sections also will vehicular access gates.

Construction of new homes in Allegro at Harmony is expected to begin in January.

Taylor Morrison will open several model homes to showcase the lifestyle options available in the neighborhood with home prices and design styles announced in the coming months.

“We continue to see steady growth in new home sales and certainly adding a Taylor Morrison neighborhood to the master plan will be a big plus going forward,” notes Harmony General Manager Bob Douglas.

“New homes in Allegro at Harmony are expected to address the needs of families moving to the area for the nearby ExxonMobil corporate campus, Anadarko’s second tower and for other major employers which have expanded or relocated to South Montgomery County”, Douglas adds.

Harmony recently opened its first aquatics complex complete with a resort-style pool, splash pad and fountains, a covered pavilion and shady playground.  The community also maintains a full-time Lifestyle Director on staff to plan community festivals and events.
