Riverstone - Meritage Homes Debuts New Plans; Releases 10 Premium Homesites

Meritage Homes is introducing new home designs for 70-foot homesites in Riverstone’s neighborhood of Ivory Ridge.

Only 10 properties are available in this first release, and the builder is accepting reservations to see the homesites today through Sunday.

The new designs range from 3,400 to more than 4,000 square feet and boast an array of upscale features, such as a two-story rotunda entry, expansive outdoor dining areas, abundant built-in cabinetry, volume ceilings and flex space. Pricing is from the $450,000s.
