Riverstone - 1st Riverstone Apartments Now Open

The Retreat at Riverstone has begun pre-leasing the first apartment homes in master-planned Riverstone.

Residents can choose from one-bedroom designs, ranging from 633 to 953 square feet and priced from $1,135 to $1,754; two-bedroom floor plans from 1,072 to 1,254 square feet and priced from $1,825 to $2,195; and three-bedroom townhomes ranging from 1,505 to 1,691 square feet and priced from $3,400 to $3,600.

Interest has been high, says apartment manager Christine Doggett, with only a few available units remaining in the first building before Thanksgiving. A second building of 20 apartment homes is slated to open mid-December. Remaining buildings in the 249-unit complex will open in 2015.

All of the apartment homes follow environmentally sensitive mandates provided in the National Green Building Standard. Plus, each home features full-size washer and dryers, stainless-steel kitchen appliances, wood floors, granite countertops and more.

Residents of The Retreat at Riverstone enjoy on-site amenities such a resort pool with beach-entry access, a wellness and fitness center, valet trash service, a cyber café with wi-fi access, two dog parks and a billiards area.
