"Less than 10 months after starting its first home Imperial Sugar Land, Sitterle Homes is approaching the close out of it waterfront homesites with just a few remaining in the city's newest master-planned community.

'We closed on almost half of our 37 Imperial homesites before our model home was even finished,' says Steve Von Hofe, partner of Sitterle Homes. "The response has been amazing."
