Harmony - Harmony Welcomes Taylor Morrison, Shea Homes

Two of Houston’s leading homebuilders, Taylor Morrison and Shea Homes, are coming to Harmony offering magnificent new homes on 50, 60, 65 and 70-foot homesites.
Taylor Morrison will offer four series of home designs with five new model homes opening this summer.
The Villa Series, designed for 50-foot homesites, will range from 1,800 - 2,500 square feet. The Chateau Series will feature homes from 2,700 - 3,800 square feet for 60- and 65-foot properties. Taylor Morrison’s Premiere Series offers home designs for 70-foot homesites from 3,700 - 4,200 square feet. Pricing will be from the $200s to the $500s.
Shea Homes is scheduled to begin construction on a new model by the end of the year to showcase a slate of distinctive floor plans. Known for innovative home design and dedicated customer service, Shea Homes was named a 2012 J.D. Power Customer Service Champion. Floor plans and pricing will be announced soon.
