Harvest Green - Darling Homes Introduces New Plans for Harvest Green

Taking a cue from the eco-conscious ethos of Harvest Green, Darling Homes recently released innovative designs for the homes it is building in Houston’s first “agri-hood.”

The builder is offering 11 floorplans for one- and two- story homes ranging in size from approximately 3,000 to more than 4,300 square feet. The designs offer a number of intriguing features such as expansive outdoor living spaces from which to enjoy Harvest Green’s beautiful natural surroundings and thoughtfully designed gourmet kitchens where produce from the community’s farm can be prepared. Other highlights include secluded master suites, open-concept family rooms and formal living and dining rooms. Options such as media rooms, studies and outdoor kitchens can be added to create the ideal home for the ideal community.

Darling Homes is one of 10 builders in Harvest Green, a new Fort Bend County development centered on a working farm. Residents of the community have the opportunity to join a community farm and receive fresh produce, participate in chef-led culinary classes and enjoy 280 acres of greenbelts and open spaces.
