Harmony - New Music Festival Coming to Harmony April 9
February 08, 2016
Barefoot Bands in the Park, a day-long music and family festival, will debut in Harmony on Saturday, April 9 featuring several of the nation’s top up-and-coming artists in pop, country and contemporary sounds.
The music fun starts at noon with the southern sounds of singer-songwriter Amy Andrews followed by Dede, the singer-songwriter named one of the Best Vocalists in Houston by the Houston Press with four albums to her credit. At 3 p.m., enjoy the Texas country sounds of headliner the Cody Bryan Band of Austin.
Besides great music, we’ll have free games and activities for the kids – oversized lawn games of tic-tac-toe and ring toss, the Corn Hole bean bag board game, face painters, a balloon artist and a kite-making station.
And don’t miss delicious fare from food trucks Cousins Maine Lobster, Tex-Mex cuisine from the Cajanos Food Truck and hot, fresh sugar donuts.
Plus, the first 100 concert fans at Barefoot Bands in the Park will receive a free picnic blanket!
Harmony’s Barefoot Bands in the Park music festival is free and open to the public. Blankets and lawn chairs are welcome. Free onsite parking is also available.
