Riverstone - Builders Open New, Luxe Models in Riverstone

Builders have opened several new model homes in master-planned Riverstone, adding to the community’s array of luxuriously appointed homes open for touring.

Meritage Homes has opened a spacious, contemporary model home that is a prime example of today’s open-concept home designs.

Located at 4606 Hollow Chase Lane, the Prague design features a family room that is central to the island kitchen, formal dining room and casual dining area. A flex space opens to the main living area, as well, and can be used as a downstairs game room, private study or library. Within Riverstone’s Ivory Ridge neighborhood, Meritage offers generously-sized one-story designs — up to 3,300 square feet — and two-story plans that offer up to 4,622 square feet and the possibility for five bedrooms. Pricing is from the $440,000s.

Sitterle Homes has opened the doors to a new garden home model that boasts cathedral ceilings, a spa-inspired master bath and a spacious patio warmed by a fireplace. Open daily at 4822 Bellwood Springs Lane in the new Prestwick neighborhood, the model showcases the many options and upgrades Sitterle Homes has available. Sitterle’s luxury garden homes are priced from the $370,000s and range from 1,942 to 3,026 square feet. Front yard lawn maintenance is included in the neighborhood’s HOA dues.

New models opening soon include a custom home by Westport in the Majestic Pointe neighborhood, where homes are priced from $1 million, and a design by Newmark Homes that will make its debut in Pebble Creek. Newmark’s designs in Pebble Creek start in the $330,000s.

Riverstone’s builders have 20 model homes open in the community, where pricing begins in the $350,000s. Visitors can browse models of townhomes, patio homes and executive homes, as well as see the many community amenities residents enjoy. In addition, new homes in the community boast a Sugar Land address.
