Grand Central Park - Pop in for More Details

Having attracted more than 250 prospective homebuyers to a mid-February information gathering, Grand Central Park will host a second on-site information event, complete with fresh kettle corn and fun popcorn takeaways, on Saturday, March 12 with two presentations at 11:30 a.m. and 12:30 p.m.

Grand Central Park representatives once again will gather under the property’s covered pavilion where visitors can enjoy breathtaking views while learning more about Grand Central Park’s first homesites for new luxury homes and the regional shopping, dining and entertainment destination, 336 MARKETPLACE.

 A master-planned community by The Johnson Development Corp., Grand Central Park is located in the heart of Montgomery County at Loop 336 and I-45, 10 miles from Lone Star Executive Airport and 30 minutes from George Bush Intercontinental Airport.   Residents of Grand Central Park West also will be minutes from Conroe Regional Medical Center, Memorial Hermann The Woodlands Hospital, St. Luke’s The Woodlands Hospital, Texas Children’s Health Center – The Woodlands, and Houston Methodist Hospital, opening in The Woodlands in 2017.

Grand Central Park will host a third on-site information gathering themed “Houston’s Tastiest Picnic in the Park” on Saturday, April 30 from 11 a.m. – 2 p.m., part of Houston’s Largest Home Tour presented by The Johnson Development Corp.

Reminiscent of an old-fashioned country picnic, the free event includes picnic favorites, popcorn and cotton candy.  Balloon art and music will add to the setting and the young and young-at-heart can test their skills at the on-site obstacle course and large zipline.  Families also will receive picnic baskets, while supplies last, to fill with sandwiches, chips and cookies.
