Grand Central Park - Drees Custom Homes Introduces Price and Floor Plans

Drees Custom Homes has unveiled floor plans and pricing for its new homes in Conroe’s Grand Central Park where the nation’s tenth-largest private new homebuilder has begun pre-sales of luxury, single and two-story homes on lush, wooded homesites.

Nine floor plans from 2,600 to over 3,700 square feet, including several new to Houston, combine functional design with luxury features such as an impressive, two-story foyer with elegant spiral staircase and an open layout, ideal for entertaining, connecting the family room, gourmet island kitchen and dining.

Starting in the $415s, plans by Drees Custom Homes also feature a luxurious owner’s suite, study, spacious secondary bedrooms, game room, media room, walk-in pantry, two-car garage, covered porch for outdoor entertaining and three or four bathrooms.

Drees Custom Homes will open a new Grand Central Park model, its Kenshire plan, later this year along with those by the community’s other new homebuilders.

Grand Central Park’s first phase of new luxury homes will be located in its West Village at the northwest corner of the master-planned community where residents will enjoy immediate access to Loop 336 and I-45.  Plus, the first sections of new homes will all be within a five-minute walk to magnificent, natural settings of parks and open space.
