Customers utilizing one of Newmark’s approved lenders benefit even more with an owner’s title policy in the amount of the loan and $2,500 toward closing costs.

Buyers also can save on closing costs with Darling Homes and Highland Homes if buyers utilize their preferred lenders. Darling is offering qualified buyers up to $8,000 toward closing costs, while Highland will pay up to $13,000.
