Imperial - Meritage Homes Opens Four Luxury Models in Imperial Sugar Land

Meritage Homes has opened four luxury model homes in the Sugar Land master-planned community of Imperial where the five-time Texas Builder of the Year is adding new homes on 60- and 70-foot homesites.

Priced from the $450’s - $620’s, Meritage’s three, four and five-bedroom plans are designed to appeal to buyers in the market for new home construction in Sugar Land seeking a larger family home or perhaps looking to downsize without sacrificing luxury features. Meritage’s 300 Imperial homesites represent about half of the single-family homes planned for the community.

Meritage’s four new model homes include two plans from its Metropolitan Collection, The Cottonwood and The Florence, at 23 Monarch Trail and 27 Monarch Trail. Its two other Imperial models at 47 Scepter Ridge and 51 Scepter Ridge showcase new plans, The Zinnia and The Van Gough, part of the Meritage Homes Artisan Collection.

One- and two-story plans feature gourmet island kitchen, large family room, downstairs master suite, spacious secondary bedrooms, game room, media room, covered balcony, den with pocket office, three-bay garage and covered outdoor living area. Options include fifth bedroom, fifth bathroom, teen room, hobby room, double-sided fireplace and extended master closet. Plus, all Meritage new homes are 100% ENERGY STAR® Certified.

All four Meritage Homes models in Imperial are open Tuesday – Saturday, 10 a.m. – 7 p.m.; and Sunday and Monday, noon – 7 p.m.

In addition, ready for move-in homes by Meritage will be available in Imperial beginning in September.
