Harmony - Treat the Family to the Harmony Candy Crawl Home Tour Oct. 15 & 16

Bring your boo crew out to Harmony this October for sweet treats and houses without the haunts during the Harmony Model Home Candy Crawl.

Visitors can tour 14 sweetly decorated model homes in the Spring development 10 a.m. to 6 pm. Saturday, Oct. 15, and noon to 6 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 16. Tour maps and treat bags can be picked up at The Thicket recreation center, 3811 Everly Bend Drive. Parents are encourage to let their little ones try out their Halloween costumes during the tour.

On Saturday, costumed ghosts and goblins can enjoy special activities 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at The Thicket including a pumpkin patch, inflatables, face painting and snacking on Kettle Corn.

Plus, those touring model homes can register to win four tickets to the Renaissance Festival and a “Wagon of Family Fun” loaded with board games and more.

Visitors who purchase a new home between Oct. 15 and Nov. 15 will be entered into a drawing to win the ultimate treat — a $5,000 shopping spree at Gallery Furniture!

The Thicket is Harmony’s newest recreation center and comprises a multi-use pool with a beach entry and lap lanes, a fitness center, a splash pad, playground, event lawn and 5,100-square-foot clubhouse. Barefoot Park offers additional opportunities for outdoor recreation with a second community pool and splash pad, tennis courts, a sport court, playground and community pavilion anchored by an outdoor fireplace.
