Harvest Green - October Incentives Yield Great Savings

Buyers can reap a bushel basket full of green with month-long incentives from some of Harvest Green’s leading builders.

Savings on options, upgrades and other customizations are available from Westin Homes and Darling Homes. Customers buying any to-be-built home from Westin can amp up their purchase with $15,000 in design center credit, plus $5,000 in granite upgrades. The $15,000 also can be put toward closing costs. The offer ends Oct. 31.

Buyers who fall in love with a Darling home but would like to make a few changes will benefit from the builder’s latest promotion. From now through Nov. 15, customers will receive $7,500 toward plan customizations, ensuring that they get exactly the home they have dreamed of.

Plantation Homes and Perry Homes have promotions this month that will appeal to buyers hoping to move before the holidays begin. Plantation Homes is offering up to $200,000 in savings on select move-in ready homes during its X’treme Sales Event. Perry Homes is reducing the price on select inventory homes and offering to pay the closing costs. Both incentives end Oct. 31.

Highland Homes also will pay closing costs. The builder will contribute up to $13,000 toward those costs when buyers finance through Highland LoanSource. The offer is good on to-be-built and inventory homes purchased by Oct. 31.

Residents reap more than savings at Harvest Green. The Houston-area’s first community centered on a community farm, offers tantalizing opportunities to grow and harvest fresh produce on 18-foot by 18-foot raised, ready-to-plant beds in the Village Farm. Also planned is a farm cooperative program where residents will be able to purchase weekly supplies of produce harvested from a 300-acre farm adjacent to Harvest Green. In addition, the community boasts world-class amenities including lakes, trails and open spaces, a planned resort-style pool and a fitness center. Children attend schools in the acclaimed Fort Bend Independent School District.
