Darling Homes and Village Builders have opened the doors to Grand Central Park’s first new luxury model homes where prospective home buyers can experience the debut of new homes in one of the greater Houston area’s most anticipated master-planned communities. Grand Central Park’s new model homes, both fully furnished and expertly decorated, are located in the community’s West Village where residents enjoy immediate access onto Loop 336 and I-45. The first sections of new homes also are within a short walk to magnificent, natural settings of parks and open spaces. The new model by Darling Homes is part of the homebuilder’s Signature Patio Collection, one-story plans starting in the $380s with open-concept family room, gourmet island kitchen, formal dining, secluded owner’s suite with foyer entrance, media room, secondary bedrooms with walk-in closets and expansive covered porch. Village Builders’ new Grand Central Park model, part of its Vintage Villas townhome collection, offers a number of luxury features and and functional design elements including a large, open chef’s kitchen, spacious family room, covered patio and balcony and generous master suite. Three-bedroom townhome plans by Village Builders start in the $310s. The Darling Homes model is open daily, Monday – Saturday from 10 a.m. – 6 p.m. and Sunday noon – 6 p.m. Village Builders’ Grand Central Park townhome model is open Tuesday – Saturday from 10 a.m. – 7 p.m. and Sunday – Monday noon – 7 p.m. Located at I-45 and Loop 336, the new master-planned community by Johnson Development Corp. offers new homes by Coventry Homes, Darling Homes, David Weekley Homes, Drees Custom Homes, Jaeger Homes, Perry Homes and Village Builders.
