Another top Houston homebuilder has rolled out the welcome mat in Grand Central Park, Montgomery County’s newest master-planned community.

Perry Homes has opened a new, luxury model home in the highly anticipated community at I-45 and Loop 336 where it is offering three, four and five-bedroom homes, starting in the $310s, in Grand Central Park’s first phase.  

The homebuilder also has completed several move-in ready homes in anticipation of buyers looking for a new home by the end of the year.  Plus, Perry is waiving all closing costs on select Grand Central Park homes until November 30, 2016.
