Harmony - Harmony Gifts December Homebuyers with $500 Shopping Spree

Holiday homebuyers will receive a little something extra in their stockings when they purchase any new home in Harmony — the gift of a $500 shopping spree.

During the Spring community’s “Most Wonderful Time of the Year” promotion, buyers purchasing a new home in Harmony from Dec. 1-31 will receive a $500 Visa gift card.

“There is no place like home for the holidays and no place like Harmony,” said Bob Douglas, general manager of Harmony. “Once buyers decide to make their home with us, we want them to be able to buy something special for themselves, their family or even the home itself. 

Nine builders have opened 15 model homes in Harmony showcasing designs for townhomes, patio homes, executive homes and luxury homes priced from the $220,000s to the $540,000s.

Located minutes from the Grand Parkway, Interstate 45 and the Hardy Toll Road, the north Houston community provides easy access to major employment centers such as the ExxonMobil campus, as well as shopping and dining destinations in The Woodlands and Old Town Spring.
