Just weeks after opening its first model homes, two new luxury models have opened in Grand Central Park as homebuyers from across town continue to discover the all-new Montgomery County master-planned community.

David Weekley Homes and Drees Custom Homes have opened their new Grand Central Park model homes, fully furnished and professionally decorated, where both homebuilders are offering plans for single- and two-story luxury family homes.  Several quick move-in homes by both builders also are available.

David Weekley’s model, The Hillhaven, is an elegant, single-story retreat with open-concept family room, gourmet island kitchen and dining ideal for entertaining.  Other David Weekley plans, starting in the $290s, feature owners retreat with walk-in closet, study, Texas-sized covered porch, two and three-car garages and several builder options.   

A new model by Drees Custom Homes, The Kentshire, features a dramatic, open living triangle with oversized kitchen island, spacious dining room, convenient walk-in pantry and pocket office.  Starting in the $420s, plans by Drees Custom Homes include open layouts with a mix of functional designs and luxury features.
