Riverstone - Announcing The Village at Riverstone

Coming to Riverstone in 2018 is The Village at Riverstone, a 165,000-square-foot shopping center at University Boulevard and LJ Parkway.

Anchoring the project will be a 100,000-square-foot Kroger.

“The Village at Riverstone brings some much-needed retail and our first grocery store inside the community,” said Trey Reichert, Vice President and General Manager of Riverstone. “This complements the broad mix of existing retail in Riverstone that is located along Highway 6.”

Construction is scheduled to begin in the first quarter of 2017, with the projected opening set for spring 2018. Other retailers are expected to be announced this summer.
