Grand Central Park - Grand Central Park Opens Community Thoroughfares to Loop 336

Montgomery County’s newest master-planned community of luxury homes, Grand Central Park, is now accessible from Loop 336 with the opening of signalized intersections at Town Park Drive and Crescent Campus Boulevard.

Four-lane roadways with landscaped medians, Town Park Drive and Crescent Campus Boulevard also have been paved to the community’s first residential neighborhoods. Crescent Campus Boulevard ultimately will wind through Grand Central Park’s Town Center district to I-45.

Urban Avenue, a third roadway off Loop 336, and Grand Central Parkway, running east-west through the community from I-45, are slated to open in time for Grand Central Park’s grand opening this spring.

“Immediate access to Loop 336, I-45 and the area’s top employment centers remain one of the community’s chief selling points,” notes Shannon League, Grand Central Park’s director of marketing. “The opening of these thoroughfares to Loop 336 is a big step in our development process.”

Located at I-45 and Loop 336, the carefully planned community by Johnson Development Corp. presents move-in ready, luxury patio homes, lifestyle townhomes and larger, single-family homes by Coventry Homes, Darling Homes, David Weekley Homes, Drees Custom Homes, Jaeger Homes, Perry Homes and Village Builders.
