Harvest Green - You'll Love These Sweet Builder Incentives

Harvest Green’s family of builders is making February even sweeter with unbelievable incentives.

Now through March 31, Darling Homes is offering buyers an enticing half off design options up to $100,000.

Buyers who finance a Lennar home through Universal American Mortgage Company, Inc., have an opportunity for zero closing costs on select quick move-in homes during Lennar’s “Share The Love” new home sales event, going on through Feb. 19.

Until March 31, buyers will receive up to $3,000 in closing costs from Highland Homes and no loan origination fee, estimated to be a $3,800 value.

Now through Feb. 28 during Newmark Homes’ “The Heart of the Home” sales event, homebuyers who purchase a build-to-order home can receive up to seven upgrades. Options include upgraded countertops in the kitchen, hardwood floors throughout the common living area and more. Newmark Homes is also presenting buyers with $5,000 toward design center credit or structural options. If using a Newmark Homes’ approved lender, buyers will also receive an owner’s title policy in the amount of the loan.

Now through Feb. 28, Plantation Homes is offering a “Sweet Deal” to homebuyers with $10,000 in design center options.

Buyers who purchase a new home from Perry Homes during its 50^th Anniversary sales event this February will receive one of three gifts: 50 percent off plan options up to $5,000, a VISA reward card of $5,000 or up to $5,000 in closing costs.

Trendmaker homebuyers will receive $5,000 in design center options during the month of February. If buyers choose to finance their home through Tri Pointe Connect, the $5,000 may also be used toward closing costs.
