Veranda - Veranda Plans Builder Meet & Greet April 9

Get to know Veranda at a Builder Meet & Greet, Sunday, April 9, from 1-3 p.m.

During the event, you can talk with representatives from each of Veranda’s eight builders at Hutchison Elementary, 3602 Williams Way Blvd. Be among the first to view the fabulous floor plans and the first available homesites.

Designs will appeal to everyone — from young professionals, families and empty nesters — with multiple outdoor living options, as well as other architectural elements of a nostalgic nature. Visitors also will have an opportunity to explore the exciting lifestyle Veranda will offer.

Current builders include Coventry Homes, David Weekley Homes, Highland Homes, Lennar, Newmark Homes, Perry Homes, Sitterle Homes and Westin Homes. Patio and executive home designs will be offered. Pricing will be from the $200,000s. The first model homes are expected to open this spring.

Veranda is located near the northwest corner of Williams Way Boulevard and U.S. 59.
