Harmony - Houston's Largest Home Tour Springs into Action Throughout AprilMarch 28, 2017
Spend all of April visiting amazing homes, perfecting your decorating skills and experiencing the meaning of community during Houston’s Largest Home Tour. Harmony is one of 14 Houston-area communities by Johnson Development Corp. taking part in the tour, which features hundreds of model and inventory homes — including townhomes, patio designs, executive homes and custom homes. The well-appointed models will inspire amateur decorators with the latest in colors, textures and furniture. Homes will be open 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Mondays through Saturdays and noon to 6 p.m. Sundays. Admission is free. All of Harmony’s 17 model homes will be on display as well as more than two dozen gorgeous inventory homes just waiting for a lucky homeowner. Also planned is the return of the Barefoot Bands in the Park music festival, set for Saturday, April 8. Grammy award-winning country music star Rick Trevino and the Jessie Stratton Band will perform at the open-air concert, which takes place from noon to 4 p.m. at The Thicket, 3811 Everly Bend Drive. Other activities will include pony rides, a rock wall, a bungee trampoline, face painters, games and more. Food trucks Kurbside Eats, SweetRide! and It's a Wrap will be on hand with food for purchase, and everyone is invited to bring picnic blankets, lawn chairs and wagons.
