Take your new home to the next level with fantastic savings on the options and upgrades you love from some of Riverstone’s award-winning builders.

From now until April 30, you can have the kitchen of your dreams courtesy of Newmark Homes’ latest promotion. Buy a home on a 50-foot homesite and the builder will equip your new home with built-in kitchen appliances, upgraded countertops and backsplashes, a super storage system, hardwood floors and Capri blinds. Buyers also will receive an additional $5,000 in design center credit.

Buyers can choose their own options and upgrades if they purchase a Newmark home on a 70-foot property. The builder will provide $50,000 to be used at the design center or for structural options. Plus, buyers in either neighborhood will receive an Owners Title Policy in the amount of the loan.

Help Perry Homes celebrate its 50^th anniversary during an appreciation event that nets you one of three gifts when you buy a select inventory home. Choose from $5,000 toward closing costs, a $5,000 VISA Rewards card or $5,000 toward a GE appliance package. The offer ends May 31.

Thinking of a summer staycation? Darling Homes can make it the most relaxing ever during its “Every Day Getaway” sales event. From now through Aug. 31, you will receive half off all design center options — up to $100,000.

Emerald Homes will give you $30,000 in design credit to do with as you please, whether it be adding hardwood floors, upgrading kitchen appliances or putting in a wet bar. The builder also is providing $5,000 in closing costs no matter which lender you choose.

Both Taylor Morrison and Highland Homes will pay your closing costs if you purchase a new home by April 30. Taylor Morrison will pay all closing costs, while Highland will pay up to $10,000. Buyers must use the builders’ approved lenders.

Visit these builders during Houston’s Largest Home Tour this month. The tour, sponsored by Riverstone developer Johnson Development Corp., opens the doors on hundreds of lavishly decorated model homes outfitted with the latest in colors, textures, furniture and architectural detailing throughout 14 Houston-area Johnson communities. Hundreds of move-in ready inventory homes also will be on display. Homes will be open 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Saturdays and noon to 6 p.m. Sundays. Admission is free.
