Cross Creek Ranch - Chesmar Sells First Townhome in Cross Creek Ranch

Appealing to young professionals, empty-nesters and young families, Chesmar Homes’ new townhome collection in Cross Creek Ranch is a hit, with the first sale happening shortly after pre-sales began.

Chesmar is offering three townhome designs in The Willows neighborhood. The approximately 1,800-square-foot, three-bedroom townhomes boast open floor plans, large island kitchens, second-floor master suites and two-car garages. Two of the three designs have covered balconies.

A model home will open on April 29, just in time for the Hit the Trails Family Festival. The fun-filled day will include model home tours as well as hot air balloons, pedi-cab transportation to the big hill for picnics, stunt kites, food trucks and more.
