Riverstone - We're Still Number One!

Thanks to you, we have done it again! The RCLCO mid-year list of the nation’s “Top 50 Master-planned Communities” is out, and we are still the No. 1 top-selling community in Houston!

We’re also the only Houston community ranked in the top 20 on the Washington, D.C.-based national real estate consulting company’s annual list. The rankings are based on the number of homes sold the previous year, but the company also releases a mid-year update based on sales to date. Riverstone came in at No. 16 in the nation and No. 1 in the Houston area with 276 sales '€‘ up 19 percent from 2016. 

The company lists several reasons buyers choose the communities that made the top 50. One factor in increased sales is the offering of a wide range of home choices. Another factor is the ability of communities to provide neighborhoods with meaningful connections, including those that allow them to socialize with their neighbors.
