Harmony - New South Montgomery County Fire Station Opens in Harmony

Harmony is now home to a sparkling new South Montgomery County fire station at 3560 Discovery Creek Blvd. near Rayford Road providing families with the peace of mind that comes with nearby emergency services.

Station 11-6 is expected to help the South Montgomery County Fire Department maintain its coveted ISO Class 1 rating for performance, staffing, training and water supplies. As a result, Harmony residents could save on the fire protection portion of their homeowner’s insurance policy.

The ISO Class 1 rating, earned by fewer than 200 of the nation’s fire departments, is based on statistical information provided by the Insurance Service Office.
