The Beazer Homes Brookhaven model is a great choice for small to medium sized families and starts at $266,990. The first thing you may notice as you enter this model home is how open and spacious the floor plan is. This has attracted many people to this model and we hope you'll like it, too! The approximate square footage is 2,356-2,689 with 3-4 bedrooms and 2-2.5 bathrooms. The master bedroom is located on the first level, while the other 2 to 3 bedrooms are on the second level. This plan offers optional upgrades such as master bath options and additional fireplaces. Monthly utilities for this particular model average $136 per month. Kenwood by Beazer homes offers a unique floor plan with a great home design. Starting from $323,990, this gorgeous model offers 3,217-3,246 square feet. Our model has 4 beds and 3.5 baths, but there are several options available to fit your needs. Average monthly billing for this model is about $165. Some unique features of the model include a small private living area located within the master bedroom and a circular design upstairs with open railing.
