Trinity Falls - McKinney Square Favorites: Gregory's Bistro

We have been busy testing out all of the wonderful restaurants right down the street in McKinney Square! One of our favorites, Gregory's Bistro, offers an assortment of delicious French-inspired meals made only from fresh and locally sourced ingredients.

When it comes to their menu, you really can't go wrong. All of their food is made daily, and never heated with a microwave. They serve lunch from 11am-2pm Tuesday-Saturday and Dinner 5pm-close Tuesday-Saturday. Some of our favorite dishes include the Rainbow Trout, Roasted Rack of Lamb, and the Grilled Texas Wagyu Boneless Ribeye. They offer vegetarian and gluten-free dishes as well.

As for drinks, Gregory's Bistro is BYOB. Feel free to bring your alcohol of choice, and they'll provide the Coke, Sprite, lemons, etc. If you prefer other types of mixers, bring that along with you.

In case you're looking to throw a larger party, they also offer a great atmosphere for a private event. As veterans of wedding parties, graduations, rehearsal dinners and more, they will make sure your special night is unforgettable!
