Trinity Falls - McKinney Square Favorites: Square Burger

This month, our monthly Dine Out event will be at Square Burger in McKinney Square. The dinner will be held on Thursday, May 28^th at 7pm. What better time to rave about the delicious burger joint than right before our event? This McKinney staple is a crowd favorite, with something delicious to eat for everyone. 

Square Burger is under the direction of chef Craig Brundege, a graduate of the California Culinary Academy. He's worked at top restaurants including Spago, Abacus, and Five Sixty, just to name a few. Now, he's focusing his efforts on making the best burger in McKinney, Texas.

All their meat comes from grass-fed cows, so you can rest assured you are consuming quality meat. Their cheese is also local, made in Deep Ellum at the Mozzarella Company. You can also take a detour from your usual traditional burger and try out the lamb burger, which closely resembles a gyro. It's topped with fresh feta cheese, fresh red onion, and drizzled with tzatziki sauce. All this goodness goes in between the locally sourced Empire Bakery bun. For those who aren't into burgers, there are other options as well. From fish to pasta dishes, there are plenty of options for vegetarians or those who are not keen on burgers.
