Trinity Falls - Upgrade Your Home with April Builder Incentives

Two Trinity Falls builders want to help you make your new home a dream home with promotions that allow you to pick upgrades that fit your lifestyle.

Plantation Homes will make all of your kitchen dreams come true with the “Extreme Upgrade: Kitchen Edition” sales event. Choose any to-be-built Plantation home and receive a designer kitchen package. The package offers upgrades to numerous standard options, allowing you to get the granite countertops and custom backsplash you have always wanted. The offer ends April 30.

Meritage Homes thinks buyers shouldn’t settle for standard. Customers who purchase a new home by May 16 will receive up to $20,000 in design center credit. Buyers can use the credit to deck their homes with hardwood floors, designer light fixtures, tile surrounds and much more.

You can check out both of these offers during the DFW Showcase of Homes. The tour, sponsored by Trinity Falls developer Johnson Development Corp., opens the doors on 20 lavishly decorated model homes outfitted with the latest in colors, textures, furniture and architectural detailing in two communities. Homes will be open 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Saturdays and noon to 6 p.m. Sundays. Admission is free.
