Trinity Falls - We're Getting Bigger and BetterJanuary 05, 2018
We have some exciting news — the recently purchased Heritage Farm will add 271 acres to our community, allowing us to grow and add amenities that will make Trinity Falls bigger and even better than it is already. The purchase increases our beautiful community’s acreage from 1,700 to nearly 2,000. The extra space will allow us to add 1,000 new homes, which means more great neighbors. Our new master plan also will include a fourth elementary school, a fire station and more parks. The addition of 13,200 square feet of retail space means we will be adding even more convenient shopping. Finally, an additional 7,100 square feet of office space will be available. Heritage Farm was established in 1857 by Charles Moore and has been in the family for more than 150 years. Claude Frazier — Charles’ great-grandson — had often been approached to sell but he wanted to ensure that the land is developed responsibly. His connection to Jim Baker with Johnson Development assured him that his legacy would be respected. Trinity Falls is a project of Johnson Development Johnson acquired Trinity Falls in 2016. Since then, we have been adding leading builders, fantastic amenities and gorgeous natural elements that make Trinity Falls the wonderful place that it is today. Our centerpiece amenity is B.B. Owen Park, a 350-acre natural area along the East Fork of the Trinity River that attracts buyers looking for life in nature.
