Tired of paying full price on children’s clothes, books or home décor items? We have a solution — our Spring Community Garage Sale happening Saturday, April 14, from 7 a.m. to noon.

Our residents are opening their garage doors and you can get gently used children’s clothes, furniture, toys and more at prices that won’t break the bank. In previous years, more than 100 households participated, which means you can easily find and buy everything you’ve been looking for and more!

Stop by the Welcome Center, 6450 Cross Creek Bend Lane, or the nearby fitness center lobby for a map of homes participating in this mega event. While you are there, pick up the map to our 25 professionally decorated model homes, as well. In addition to getting decorating ideas that will come in handy as you shop the bargains, you might discover the home of your dreams.
