We're Not Fooling, You'll Be Drooling

When it comes to Houston’s largest home tour, we don’t fool around. In fact, we often overhear the words “dazzling,” “inspiring” and “jaw-dropping” during our annual event. But this year, the April Drools Home Tour is definitely a walk on the 'wow!' side.

We’ve got more than 170 “drool-worthy” model homes and nearly 500 jaw-dropping homes available for sale in Johnson Development communities across the Houston area for you to explore all month long! Homes will be open 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Mondays through Saturdays and noon to 6 p.m. Sundays. Admission is free.

That’s right, mouthwatering homes and decadent displays of décor for days — but that’s not all. You also will have opportunities to “live like the locals” during numerous fun — and free — events taking place in our communities. Chow down on crawfish or food truck fare, sing along with your favorite bands, spend a day adventuring, “visit” the Big Apple, rock out at a fantastic block party and much more.
