Harvest Green - Street Eats Saturday Returns May 12

Another feast of food trucks will roll into Harvest Green for Street Eats Saturday 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. May 12.

The mobile eateries will be parked at our model home park, 618 Vineyard Hollow Court, allowing families to drop by for lunch or take a break from shopping for Mother’s Day gifts.

Come by a little earlier to browse the fresh produce on offer from our Veggie Wagon and see what our goats and chickens are up to. The Veggie Wagon is where you can pick up freshly harvested fruits, vegetables and herbs grown on our Village Farm.

After that, choose your truck and settle in for a great meal, music and activities. This month Araguaney & La Boricua Food Truck is scheduled to tempt your taste buds with Puerto Rican and Venezuelan. Menu items include tequenos, empanadas and alcapurrias.

Harvest Green favorite Renegade Kitchen will present a seasonal menu of Texas bistro fare that includes meatball sliders, the Renegade Cuban and the Veggie Club. Which Wich Gourmet Sandwiches also will be on hand with a range of popular sandwiches. Doughnut lovers are in luck and Hurts Donuts lovers will be doubly lucky as the purveyor of uniquely flavored donuts will make an appearance.

Stop at the ATM before coming out as not all food trucks accept credit cards. Street Eats Saturdays happen every second Saturday of the month with a rotating roster of food trucks and an opportunity to enjoy life like a Harvest Green resident.
