Sienna - It’s Time for Kids to Play Ball

Are your kids ready for some flag football? How about some volleyball action? If so, you can score some points by signing them up for our youth football and volleyball leagues.

Fall registration is now open for Sienna Plantation Flag Football and the Sienna Spike Girls Volleyball Club. Divisions are based on grade level and offer opportunities for kids in grades Kindergarten through eight to have fun, develop skills and learn about sportsmanship. Registration is open to non-residents.

Our exciting co-ed flag football league offers girls and boys play in three divisions. The Junior Division is for youth in grades Kindergarten through second. Grades three, four and five will participate in the Intermediate Division. A Senior Division is available for kids in grades six through eight.

All games will be held at our premier Camp Sienna recreation complex at 7725 Camp Sienna Trail. Practices will be divided between Camp Sienna and our on-site Baines Middle School, 9000 Sienna Ranch Road. Teams will play a six-game regular season. Practice sessions begin on Sept. 4 with games beginning Sept. 15. An end-of-season, single-elimination tournament is scheduled for Oct. 27.

Girls can compete in one of two divisions in our volleyball league. Parents can cheer their kids during the six-game regular season as well as an end-of-season, single-elimination tournament.

The Junior Division is for girls in grades four and five. The Senior Division is for grades five and six. Practices and games will be held at Baines Middle School. Practices for the Junior Division begin Monday, Sept. 9. Games start on Sept. 22, with the tournament scheduled for Oct. 31. Practices for the Senior Division begin Sept. 10, with the first game on Sept. 22. The tournament is slated for Nov. 3.

Registration is open until Aug. 24. The cost is $243.75 per player. All participants will receive a uniform, non-trophy participation award and guaranteed playing time. Space is limited, so don’t wait to register your athlete.
