SHSU College Coming to Grand Central Park

Johnson Development’s Grand Central Park is growing, reports the Houston Business Journal, with Sam Houston State University expected to break ground by year’s end on a proposed College of Osteopathic Medicine.

The first phase — which is expected to be substantially complete by December 2019 — will offer 108,000 square feet for the school and surface parking. The second phase calls for another 108,000 square feet and a parking garage.
