Johnson Development Sweeps Houston's Best PRISM AwardsOctober 17, 2018
The Greater Houston Builders Association recently recognized the best of the best in the real estate industry and we were honored (and a bit humbled) to receive an impressive 14 trophies in the 2018 Houston’s Best PRISM Awards. We received two of the highest honors the GHBA bestows — Grand Awards — for Developer of the Year and Promotion of the Year. In addition to our other wins, we also were named as finalists in 14 other categories. Our own Harvest Green community took home Master-planned Community of the Year. Going up against older, more established communities, 3-year-old Harvest Green’s unique approach to healthy, active living impressed the judges as much as it impresses home buyers. The Richmond community also garnered awards for Best Television/Video Promotion of the Year and the Farmhouse, Harvest Green’s recreation complex. Three more of our communities also received trophies. Grand Central Park in Conroe won four awards — Billboard of the Year/Developer for its Bark in the Park event, Print Ad of the Year for Nature’s Best Medicine, and Marketing Campaign of the Year and Radio Commercial of the Year for its Jamboree Grand Opening. Jordan Ranch in Fulshear won awards for Signage of the Year, Billboard of the Year/Developer and Event of the Year/Developer for Crazy for Cars. Our newest community — Veranda in Richmond — won Sales Brochure of the Year and Event of the Year/Community for its Star-Spangled Grand Opening. Woodforest in South Montgomery County, Sienna Plantation in Missouri City and Cross Creek Ranch in Fulshear were among the Johnson communities named finalists in the categories of Model Home Park of the Year, Marketing Campaign of the Year, Direct Mail Piece of the Year, Sales Brochure of the Year, Billboard of the Year and others. We are pleased to be recognized once again for our efforts to give buyers a community in addition to a home. |
